The card is an envelope style card. Fellow DT teamie Monica has done some beautiful ones and Splitcoast Stampers highlight this as one of their techniques.
How to do it.....
Take a piece of A4 size card and cut it in half lengthways.
Fold each of these pieces in half to create two mini cards.
Cut away half of the front of these cards on the diagonal. You need to mirror this effect so each card is cut on the opposite diagonal.
Stick the backs together so you now have one card. Decorate the two flaps at the front and stick together where they overlap. It should now look like an envelope.
Cut and decorate a single piece of card to go inside for your greeting.
