I got some Perfect Pearls having spoken at length with the owner of the local craft shop about Mica pigments. I didnt realise this stuff is just Twinking H20's in powder format.
I also found out that I can mix this into a paste and paint with it as well. Ohh, how exciting! (Clearly need to get out more often - dodgy back at present prevents me though!)
Anyway, armed with my Versamark ink pad and one of the Graphicus stamps I got recently I made this card. I am not sure the photo will do it justice.
I stamped the image onto the card and gently brushed in the powder. I set it with hairspray which smells lovely even as I type!
The background green was also done in the same manner. I used a SU flower all over, dusted with PP and added some crystal stickles to the centre of each flower. I added some ribbon, copper brads and a Papertrey sentiment to finish.

Loving all your creations Karen you really are productive lately! Love the newest card you will have to show me the technique one day
