It is my Dad's birthday today, so we went out for lunch and had a yummy slice of cake From Frinton Garden Centre as a little treat.
(He got an award at Weight Watchers this week for losing 50lbs. He is on a pre wedding diet. My wedding that is - bless him! So the cake was a little treat!)
(It is also Monica's Mum's birthday too - so happy birthday to her x)
