That looks like a lot of fun! I am not much of a skater, but I think in a setting like that I could cope ;-)
Just catching up on my blog reading...wow! Hampton Court at Christmas! I'm jealous. I had the extreme pleasure of living in England for 2 years. I miss it every day. Savor it!
