C5 Embellish a floral accent

Well I hope this counts as I made my embellishment from scratch!!

I punched a flower shape from acetate and used the negative as a mask. I used ink in the top right and bottom left corners to create a pink/orange inked flower shape. I used the acetate cut outs as the flowers and inked the edges with black stayzon so it stood out a little. I used a brad in the centre of each and added them with a whopping large pop dot to make it 3 D.

The papers, ribbon and Urban Lily secret keeper come from a Cocoa Daisy kit from last year.

The photo was taken by Megan, aged 5 when she had my SDLR - it was the deal for allowing me to take her photo - I showed her how my camera wroked - and this is what she came up with!!

I also used the neagtive from a sheet of scenic route stickers to create the outline for my journalling.

Very much a home made page this one!

Hope you like it!
