inspired by Impress Rubber Stamps and thier wonderful designs.
Some are pretty much copies and some I have morphed!
I got these lovely stamps for christmas and this is the first chance I have had to play with them....
The top card is made with a chandelier stamp. I used a Versa colour sky blue ink to stamp it on Paper mill shop pearl white card. The card base was from a Gogo Greetings kit. The same colour ink was used with a Papertrey Ink stamp set - faux ribbon which provided the sentiment and the line of dots. The spotty paper in the background is Rock Star DCWV which came again from a Gogo Greetings kit in November last year.
I added sparkle to the stamped image when it was dry with stickles and wound round some silver grey ribbon to make it look beautiful!
The next card is made again from a base of papermill card. I used a brocade stamp from Impress in ther cprners and again the faux ribbon dots from papertrey round the edges. I stamped these in gold onto the beige. The rail from which the cage hangs is from Fax Ribbons and is stamped in Versa colour orchid. THe bird and the cage is a double stamp made by Memory Box and available at Impress. I used the MM slot punch tool to make holes for the pink organza ribbon which came from The Range. Bling by Swarovski.
The pink card came from a Gogo Greetings kit. I used the same brocade stamp and gold ink. I used a woodware punch to stamp a heart template and used this as a mask to create three heart shapes on my card. I added a little bling in the middle of each - these are Sworovski crystals with flat backs. The sentiment comes from Papertrey as before.
The final card is made from a Gogo Greetings base. The stamp is from Impress and was carefully inked with two colours - be careful if you try this - it took ages to get it right! I found the best black ink to use is Palette Noir available from Papertry Ink.I stamped onot pearl wwhite by paper Mill shop and mounted this onto black before adding gret ribbon and attaching it to my card base.
